Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because our products are custom-made, once we start crafting your item, we’re already using materials and resources just for you. This process incurs costs, which is why we offer a 24-hour window for cancellations or modifications before production begins. After that, we’re fully committed to bringing your creation to life and can no longer accommodate changes.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number, by e-mail, so you can keep an eye on its journey to your door. We like to keep things magical, but we know it’s always nice to know where your package is.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we do! If you’re interested in ordering in bulk or have a wholesale inquiry, feel free to reach out. We’ll be happy to discuss the options and provide custom pricing for larger orders.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something happens during shipping, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the item and send us pictures of the issues you’ve noticed. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
What materials do you use?
Our custom-made items are crafted from high-quality materials that ensure high quality, comfort and durability. We can provide more details about specific options upon request. You can also read the details of our products on the specific product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via iDeal and PayPal. The payment is processed through Mollie Payments under the business name Enchanted Merchant. You will see this name because it is linked to Legends Unbound. We collaborate through our own businesses to bring Legends Unbound to life.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there’s a defect. For more information, please refer to the Refund and Returns Policy at the bottom of the website.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us via the contact form.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping depends on the production time for each product. You can find more information in the specific FAQ questions about the different products and their production times.
How do I contact customer support?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival (excluding damage caused during shipping), or if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund. To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@legendsunbound.nl within 7 days of receiving your product. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. If your refund is approved, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. For more information, please read the Refund and Returns Policy, which can be found at the bottom of the website.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards in any desired amount, from €5. After purchasing a gift card in the shop, you will receive an email with the gift card, which includes a unique code that can be used at checkout on the website. You can also print the gift card from the email to make it a thoughtful physical gift.

Custom-made
What types of custom designs can I create?
You can create custom designs for Dice, Dice Vaults, Dice Trays, Sweaters, Hoodies, and T-shirts, including graphics, text, colors, and styles. If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to reach out to us by email.
How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, simply contact us through our contact page. From there, you can send an email directly with your design ideas and requirements. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a quote.
What is the production time for custom-made products?
Each product has its own production time. You can find more information about this in the FAQ section for the various products. Production for custom-made items typically takes up to 6 weeks, depending on demand and the complexity of your design. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I see a proof of my design before it’s made?
Yes! We provide a digital proof of your design for your approval before we begin production. This way, you can make any adjustments needed.
What if I need to make changes to my design after placing the order?
If you need to make any changes, please let us know within 24 hours. We can accommodate adjustments during this window, as long as production hasn’t started.
What sizes, colors and styles are available for custom-made items?
We offer a variety of sizes, colors, and styles across all our products. You can choose your preferences on the product pages in our shop. Feel free to contact us if you have specific requirements.
How can I ensure the best quality for my custom design?
To ensure the best quality, please provide high-resolution images or vector files for graphics. If you’re using text, make sure it’s legible and well-formatted. For hoodies, sweaters, T-shirts, and dice trays, the best quality for images is a minimum of 300 dpi, and a PNG format is preferred.
What is your return policy for custom-made items?
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect or error on our part, please contact us within [insert time frame] for a resolution.
Dice
How are dice inspected for quality?
Dice undergo a thorough visual inspection to check for any surface defects. We ensure that the colors are uniform and free from unintended marks or discoloration. The dice are handmade so small inconsistencies can occur.
What methods are used to check the weight of the dice?
We use a digital precision scale to weigh each die individually, and the weight balance can’t be more of then 0,02 gr. If the weight is of by more than that, the product is considered a fail and will not be sold. Consistency in weight is crucial, as variations can indicate manufacturing inconsistencies. Each die should feel evenly weighted when rolled.
How do you ensure that the dice are balanced?
To test for balance, we perform random rolling tests. Each die is rolled multiple times (typically 30-50) to observe the results. A fair die should exhibit a roughly equal distribution of outcomes. We check for any sides that consistently roll higher or lower than expected, which can indicate an imbalance.
How do you test the durability of the dice?
We conduct durability tests by applying pressure or dropping the dice from a small height to ensure they are scratch-resistant and won’t break easily. This ensures that our dice are made from high-quality materials.
Is there a sound test for the dice?
Yes, we pay attention to the sound the dice make when rolled. A solid, distinct sound often indicates a quality die.
How long does it take to create custom-made dice?
The time to craft custom-made dice depends on the complexity of the design and our current workload. On average, custom dice take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and we strive to deliver your custom set as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

What sizes do you offer and how does pricing work?
We believe everyone deserves to wear what they love, which is why our hoodies, sweaters, and T-shirts are available in a wide range of sizes—without any extra cost for larger sizes. While bigger sizes often come with higher production costs, we’ve made the decision to keep prices the same for all, ensuring fairness and inclusivity for everyone.
Due to high demand, some sizes may occasionally be out of stock, but rest assured we’re working hard to restock as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and support in our mission to make everyone feel included.
Can I create customized Hoodies, Sweaters, and T-shirts with my own design/picture?
Yes, absolutely! You can customize hoodies, sweaters, and T-shirts with your own design or picture. Please ensure that the image is of high quality with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and a maximum size of an A4. The image should not have a background, and it’s best to submit it as a PNG or AI file. If you’re unable to meet these requirements for any reason, our designer can edit the image for you for an additional starting fee of €5. The designer will contact you after you have submitted your design and can tell you about possible fees.
You can also submit an image with a background. However, it’s important to only send what you want printed on your hoodie, sweater, or T-shirt. Why might my product look different from the online image?
Since our products are handcrafted, small variations may occur, making each piece truly one of a kind. While we maintain the highest standards, slight differences in texture, finish, or shape are part of the charm and individuality of handmade items. Please note that screen settings can affect how colors appear, so the actual product may vary slightly from what you see online.

What is the production time for Hoodies, Sweaters & T-Shirts?
We take great care and creativity in designing our hoodies, sweaters, and T-shirts. Please keep in mind that these items have a longer production time compared to our other products, typically around 3-4 weeks. However, there is a possibility that delays may occur due to our supplier, and if that happens, we will inform you using the contact information you provided. For custom-made orders, it may take up to 6 weeks, depending on demand, design complexity and workload. If you have a specific design in mind, we’d love to hear from you! How should I care for my custom-made Hoodies, Sweaters, and T-shirts to ensure they last?
To keep your custom-made items looking great, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Washing: Turn the garments inside out and wash at a maximum of 40 degrees on a gentle cycle to preserve the colors and prints.
- Drying: Do not use a dryer, as it can cause shrinking and damage to the fabric. The print may also come loose with dryer use.
- Ironing: If needed, always turn the garments inside out to avoid ironing directly on any printed designs.
- Storing: Store your garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Fabric Softener: The use of fabric softner is not recommended. Fabric softener can cause the print come loose.
- Do not bleach or use aggressive chemical agents.

What should I do if my Hoodie, Sweater, or T-shirt gets stained?
Oops! You can gently try to clean the affected area on your hoodie, sweater, or T-shirt with a soft cloth and water. Carefully dab the stained spot without scrubbing too hard. For tougher stains, you can try using a mild stain remover, but avoid scrubbing the printed design too much, as this may damage or cause the print to peel. Using stain remover on these products is done at your own risk.
Are there any restrictions on the designs I can submit?
Yes, all designs must adhere to copyright and trademark laws. We do not accept designs that are offensive, inappropriate, or infringe on someone else’s intellectual property.
Dice Vault & Dice Trays
What materials do you use for the Dice Vaults?
Our dice vaults are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a popular and eco-friendly material. PLA is derived from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane, making it one of the more environmentally friendly options for 3D printing. It’s also easy to print with and offers great detail and durability. While PLA is strong and long-lasting under normal conditions, it’s best to keep it away from extreme heat to ensure its longevity.
How long does it take to create a costum-made Dice Vault?
The production time for a custom-made dice vault is typically 2-3 days, provided the filament is in stock. If you would like a custom design on the top, please allow an additional 1 day for us to check and sometimes convert the design files to a vector format. This ensures your custom design is perfectly suited for printing.
Can I create a costumized Dice Tray with my own design/picture?
Yes, absolutely! It’s important to provide a high-quality image with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. The image should not have a background, and it’s best to submit it as a PNG file. If you’re unable to meet these requirements for any reason, our designer can edit the image for you. This service comes with an additional fee of €5.
You can also submit an image with a background. However, it’s important to only send what you want printed on your Dice Tray. If your design is not suitable, we will, of course, reach out to you. How do I take care of my dice tray? What if it gets stained?
Oops! You can gently try to clean the dice tray with a soft cloth and water. Carefully dab the stained area without scrubbing too hard. If that doesn’t work, you can try using a mild stain remover. Be cautious not to rub too hard or too often over the print, as both the cleaner and excessive rubbing can damage or cause the design to peel. Cleaning the inside of the dice tray is at your own risk.
Dungeons & Dragons
Do I need an account to play D&D?
No. You can join sessions without an account.
When do I need an account?
An account is required to use Hall Passes, earn and spend gold, buy digital items, and track progression.
Is this a one-shot experience?
No. Characters, items, gold, and world changes persist across sessions.
What happens if my character dies?
You create a new character while keeping your earned gold, loot, and school affiliation.
Do you allow PvP?
No. Player-versus-player combat is not part of our campaigns.
Can I make my own character?
Yes, using official 2024 D&D rules. Characters are reviewed for balance.
How immersive is the experience?
We use a custom Unreal Engine–powered board with lighting, sound, physical objects, and dynamic world responses.
