Refund and Returns Policy for Legends Unbound

At Legends Unbound, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our custom-made and handmade products. Due to the personalized nature of many of our items, our refund and return policy is specific to ensure transparency and fairness. Please review the following details carefully before placing your order.

Custom Products and Returns

All custom-made and handmade products—including, but not limited to, custom dice, dice vaults, dice trays, miniatures, and other personalized items—are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started. This policy exists because these items are crafted according to your exact specifications, and we immediately incur costs for materials and labor.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we begin processing your custom-made or handmade items, and the order cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation within the first 24 hours, please contact us immediately at info@legendsunbound.nl.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds and Product Remakes

Refunds or remakes are available under specific circumstances if a product is defective or damaged upon arrival (excluding damage caused during shipping). In such cases, you may choose between a refund or having the product remade.

Please note: Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, the remade item may not exactly replicate the original product. Variations are inherent in handmade products; however, we guarantee that the quality and craftsmanship of the remake will meet our high standards. Our goal is to provide a product that maintains the unique qualities of handcrafted goods while ensuring durability and customer satisfaction.

To request a refund or a remake, please contact us at info@legendsunbound.nl within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or other documentation to assess the issue. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days after confirmation, or we will begin production on the remade product.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the product you receive is defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@legendsunbound.nl within 7 days of receiving your order, and send the item to:

Shipping Returns

If your refund, exchange, or remake is approved, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will need to cover any fees associated with sending the item back to us.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Failure to return the product in its original packaging may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return request.

Please note:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
  • Shipping times for exchanges or remade products may vary depending on your location.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days after confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company as processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
